Bookings, accounts & customer access
I build the screens and backend connections for bookings, customer accounts and status updates. The first release covers the core task from entry to confirmation.
MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT
I build iOS and Android applications for bookings, customer accounts and the tasks your team needs to complete on the move.
Start with a prototype of the main user flow, then build the app and its backend connections together. A focused first release includes loading, empty and error states, device checks and a plan for store submission.

I build focused interfaces for requests, task updates and team information. Existing APIs and account systems can be connected as part of the agreed scope.

Map the main user journey and review the screens before expanding the feature list.
Implement the agreed app features, connected API and important loading and error states.
Review the core flow on agreed devices and prepare builds and store-submission materials.
Accounts, notifications, data sync or offline behaviour are planned when the product needs them.
Source code, build instructions and the agreed release notes explain how the app can be maintained.
THE FIRST RELEASE
You get a user flow and prototype to review, followed by the core screens, account behaviour and backend connections. Testing covers the agreed task on the target devices, including loading and error states.
SCOPE & OPTIONS
I separate what the first release needs from what can follow later. The result is a defined set of screens, data and connections to build and test.

For services people return to: choosing a time, checking a booking or managing their details.
For requests, field tasks and updates that need a mobile interface.
For an app that needs to work with an existing website, API or account system.
A PLATFORM DECISION, NOT A DEFAULT

I review device features, existing systems, supported devices and release requirements before the build. You can see which requirements affect the implementation and scope.
Where the requirements fit, I build a Flutter application with a shared codebase for iOS and Android. The scope covers the app, API connections and the testing needed for release.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Your first release is built around a complete user task, rather than a long list of disconnected screens. The proposal specifies platforms, user roles, API work, device coverage and release responsibilities.
Users, the core task, required screens, target platforms and the functionality for the first release.
Navigation, screen layouts and a reviewable prototype of the main user flow.
The app screens, interactions and platform requirements, including Flutter where it fits the project.
The scoped sign-in behaviour, permissions, loading, empty, success and error states.
Connections to the required account system, records, website or other backend services.
The devices, core task, invalid inputs, network interruptions and important recovery paths.
Build configuration and guidance on the account, store listing and assets needed for the release.
Agreed project materials, configuration instructions and documentation for managing the application and its dependencies.
WHY WORK WITH ME

A prototype lets you review navigation, screens and the main task before committing to full implementation. Missing steps and optional features are easier to identify at this stage.
I handle the app and its API connections, so you can discuss a screen and the data behind it with the same developer. Interface decisions and backend requirements stay connected.
Build the flow users need first, with clear device testing and release requirements. Later features stay in a visible roadmap, and the handover documents how the app is built and configured.
Send the main task, intended users and any existing backend or account system. I’ll review the screens and connections needed for a focused first release.
BEFORE THE FIRST MESSAGE
An app is useful for repeated tasks, customer accounts, notifications or device capabilities. We compare that need with a responsive website before committing to an app build. The first release is scoped around the task people will return to.
The target platforms are confirmed before design and estimation. Flutter can suit a shared iOS and Android codebase; device-specific requirements are reviewed separately so the technical approach fits the product.
I review the API documentation, authentication, data and required operations. Where the system supports the connection, the app can use the existing backend. Missing endpoints or backend changes are identified in the proposal.
The screens, user roles, platforms, API connections and device features drive the scope. A prototype helps confirm the main flow. Optional features stay visible in a later roadmap, and changes are estimated before they are added.
Your business needs the relevant developer accounts, product details, privacy information and store assets. I cover the agreed build and release preparation. Store review is an external step, so submission responsibilities are confirmed in the launch plan.
You receive the project materials and setup guidance specified in the proposal, including the app and backend dependencies. OS updates, fixes and new features can be planned as a separate ongoing backlog after the first release.
06 / YOUR NEXT BIG MOVE
Describe who will use the app and the one task it must handle well. A sketch, existing workflow or short explanation is enough for an initial conversation.
Let’s talk.
